Our business leadership consists of individuals with extensive knowledge and years in the defense industry, energy industries, agriculture and natural resources sectors. The veterans in our team are experienced Special Operators with years of combat experience in diverse and complex environments. They have led some of Special Operations most elite schools. The unique skill sets and experiences within our team allows us to analyze gaps in capability, develop comprehensive training programs, conduct world class training, and asset/resources protection plans. These skills have been refined and combat tested over years of training both US and indigenous forces in a wide range of special operations activities.

 

SGM (Ret) Jack Nevils: 

  Mr. Nevils served 25 years in active military service, two years as an Airborne Ranger in the 1st Ranger Battalion, then 23 years in the Special Forces (Green Berets), serving in a variety of assignments in 7th and 3rd Special Forces Groups and the JFK Special Warfare Center and Schools. Mr. Nevils retired in early 2013 as a Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted rank in the U.S. Army. During his career, he worked in numerous countries in South and Central America conducting Counter-Narcotics and Foreign Internal Defense missions. Mr. Nevils trained foreign Tier 1 hostage rescue units (Military and Police) in Close Quarters Combat, sniper operations, integrated assaults, and Military Free Fall operations (HALO).  Since the Global War on Terrorism, Mr. Nevils has deployed numerous times to the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa including combat action in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. Mr. Nevils conducted a wide range of Special Operations activities in progressively greater roles of responsibility in counter terrorism operations by, with, and thru indigenous forces.  Mr. Nevils was the Senior Trainer and Program Manager (NCOIC and Sergeant Major) for the Special Forces Hostage Rescue and Sniper Schools at Ft. Bragg, NC. During this time, he used his combat experiences to rewrite the Programs of Instruction and training methodologies for Close Quarters Combat including: combat marksmanship, single and multi-team operations, explosive, ballistic, and mechanical breaching, sniper integrated assaults, urban sniper operations, vehicle interdiction, vertical and linear assaults, and personnel handling (Combatives) to meet the emerging threat’s of today's unconventional battlefield. Mr. Nevils has also developed curriculum for and taught integrated fighting personal protection courses for High Value Individuals and Government overseas singleton operators.  His military awards include the Purple Heart, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with Valor, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, the Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Master Freefall Badge, Special Forces Tab and the Ranger Tab.
 
 

SFC (Ret) Chance Giannelli:

  Mr. Giannelli served as the primary marksmanship instructor for the Special Forces Sniper Course. He was responsible for ensuring the proficiency of all sniper instructor cadre and the training of Special Forces sniper candidates in Sniper Marksmanship, Unknown Distance / Field Shooting, Rapid Target Engagement, Night Firing Techniques, Alternate Position Firing, High Angle Firing, Loop Hole Shooting, Barrier Penetration Shooting, and Shooting from Rotary Winged Aircraft. He also served as the Project Manager/Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) for the Special Forces Sniper Course (Level 1) at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and Schools (JFKSWCS). This course is the proponency for all Special Operations Force’s Sniper Training. Leading a 24 man sniper training detachment that was responsible for training over 200 resident Special Forces sniper students and 100 mobile training team sniper students for the U.S. Army’s Special Operation Command. He oversaw all aspects of Special Operations Sniping and updated the SFSC Program of Instruction to enhanced the training methodology used to train SF snipers resulting in a 25% increase in student graduation.  Mr. Giannelli was also the Winner of the 2010 International Sniper Competition at Ft. Benning, GA.
